The accommodations were clean, the check in was smooth, and our specific room had a kitchenette with utensils and large fridge. German (Herman) and Jose were outstanding. They are quick to answer questions via WhatsApp or in the lobby. The best part of our stay is the location! A 10 minute walk to Alcazar and the Cathedral, and the “waffle” looking structure. Lots of restaurants downstairs. And Carrefour a few steps away. The suites5 was perfect for our stay in Seville!

Large hotel with impressive lobby area and plenty of car parking. Checked-In and mentioned my wife's birthday and were "upgraded" to a better room.
Room interior was fairly standard but looked out onto a high roof, just 2 meters away, blocking any views.
Upgrade was a room with a refurbished bathroom! Asked Mgr to contact me after our stay no contact received.
