"I hope management makes a big change in the rooms’ bathrooms. The tiny, bright overhead light by the sink is just awful. We had 2 rooms and we all agreed on that. Nowadays, much simpler hotels have front and backlit bathroom vanity mirrors. This is a must! The round wall-mounted mirror in the bathroom also needs an upgrade. In addition, if it wants to compete with other luxury brands, Faena must upgrade its in-room amenities. There was no steamer, no iron or ironing board in the bedroom, and bathroom amenities were just ok, but nothing special— I don’t know what shampoo or conditioner I was using. I don’t know what body lotion I was using, while ant other luxury hotels you are presented with an array of toiletries from trusted brands. All it said on it was “Faena”. Plus sides: awesome smart-toilet available, absolutely beautiful, extremely gorgeous hotel overall. Excellent food. Staff is very professional, and Claudia at the Concierge Desk was excellent! Super knowledgeable and efficient."

"The hotel exceeded my expectations. Fantastically helpful staff, delicious restaurant on site, common areas to relax with a uniquely Miami vibe. Room was pretty barebones, but very clean with quality bathroom facilities, and exactly what my family needed. Location is excellent…easy to walk or bike anywhere along Collins or the beach boardwalk. I’ll probably stay here again next time I’m in Miami Beach."

"The hotel is in an excellent location, you can choose to spend your day at the pool, the beach or visit one of the many bars / restaurants nearby. Hotel staff is very forthcoming and friendly, they let you feel like you are at home. Rooms are clean, however they could be more spacious, rather small for US standards. There is for instance not enough space for luggage and wardrobe is very small as well. Consider 60$ / night extra for parking (valet)."

"We paid for parking and on the first night, there were 4 cars in the middle of the lot blocking in other cars. We had gone to the casino so we got in at 2am and then we woke up at 9am to move our car. That was frustrating since we paid for parking but they obviously over sold spots or maybe employees parked there too, idk. The power went out one afternoon, we only found out because we went to drop off items. It's an old building so you hear everything. Thankfully it was just closing doors and movement above you. Overall, great stay. We just slept there since we were gone most of the day."
