"Restaurant service was poor. Bars were rarely open. Water dripped onto the carpet from the air conditioner in the ceiling of our suite. Staff was not friendly or helpful. "

"The hotel as crowded. Could not even use the elevators without waiting in line for 30 minutes. Rude staff that enforced crazy rules like not being able to take to elevator to the ground floor. They had someone actually stopping guests in a rude and obnoxious manner. The pools were CROWDED to an unhealthy degree and the water was ….well you can imagine. "

"I usually never trash and badmouth anybody, but this time I need to speak out becuase i dont want anybody be in my possion again. First, when I arrived waited for a few hours until we checked in because the rooms weren't available, six people with 2 rooms reserved. Second, the whole place was not as luxurious as it was described, third, the cleanliness of the room was like they make belive, dirty stove, bathrooms, lizards all over the premiss, no towels until next cleaning crew in the morning, asked from desk they told me it shoud be in the room but it wasnt and they couldt give me fresh one because the crew left for a day, but they were able to give me pool towels in mean time. I was trying to leave the place to any other hotels, but they would not let leave without a refund, i even wanted the half of a refund but they told me no can do. eventualy i left to anonther hotel had good time. Bad experience "
