Excellent place to spend the weekend with family. Kids friendly. Close to Fairmont Hot Springs pool and ski resort and a short drive from the Panorama ski resort. I would definitely recommend it.

Smoking Water Lodge was an excellent place for our family holiday. The common rooms were large and able to accommodate all of us for family meals and activities. The outdoor space was big and well landscaped. The bedding, towels were high quality and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Spectacular view of the beautiful mountains! Tons of space for our reunion of 12; bedrooms were large, the decor exceptional, and the grounds were gorgeous! Kitchen fully equipped for any cooking needs. Can’t wait to return in the future!

We had 8 adults in our group. The house was a great size for comfort in sleeping and dining and hanging out playing games. The scenery was great for walks and hikes. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit (bring your own roasting sticks), pool table and arcade games! The kitchen is well stocked and plenty of plates and cutlery for our group of 8.overall an excellent stay!

Beautiful house and very well equipped. Noce decor, comfortable bedding. Chelsey was amazing with her prompt communications. There were tea towels mossing on the kitchen and she semt someone to deliver those Very nice time . We ho there every year. Will go back again!

Loved the property! The house was spacious & had room to have different groups doing different things… the loft was a hit with kids as was the pool table! Would love to stay in the summer & enjoy the backyard as well :)

We had a fantastic holiday week. Enough room for 10 of us. The pool table was well used as was the hot tub. Had a few deer visitors throughout the week 😁. Easiest check in and out. Would most definitely recommend 💯

The property was private, and had lots of space for the kids to be outside. We enjoyed the hot tub, pooltable, firepit, and arcade game(sometimes). Our hosts were very responsive & check in/out was easy. We did however, have to be patient in the mornings as the drip coffee machine was very slow!

The property is lovely. The home was very comfortable for our family group of 9 adults. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, surrounded by trees and birds. Some improvements would make the stay better. Paper copy of instructions for things like the tv and hottub would be useful. We did not have access to the app initially so had to do a bunch of guess work and messaging to figure things out. Instructions for both the tv and hottub on the app were also quite vague and need updating. Also, the pool cues are in rough shape. Most are broken so there was just 1 we all shared. Overall the stay was great, the management team just needs to deal with these annoyances to bring it to the next level.

This home surprised us in so many ways. Spacious, clean, beautifully set up and everything you would never need/want. Loved the gazebo patio, the fire pit outside and the beatiful backyard space to play and hangout. Very private. Parking in the front was easy and accessible as the driveway was rounded for easy pull in, unload and park. The kitchen had everything we needed and more, the fully stocked first aide kit was a huge bonus as we ended up needing a bandaide. There was ice in the freezer, and wine bottle openers. They thought of everything. The hot tub was clean, hot and refreshing. The towles were new, big and clean. The loft was great for the kids to have a space to play and hangout. Thank you!!!

We enjoyed our stay at the smoking water lodge. The hot tub and the pool table were a big hit with the kids. It is a nice clean house with lots of room for our family.

The chalet was exactly as advertised. It was spacious, well stocked and as described. We had a view of the purcel mountains, and comforts for all ages. Local amenities were within a 5 min car ride. Would highly recommend this location.
