"Neither tv worked upon check in—finally used Emergency # & Allen came to fix them. An instruction book on operating Direct TV would help. Allen was GREAT!! Very nice updated bathrooms but no safety bars on tub or shower. Bed very comfortable. Futon makes miserable seating. No table but plenty of space for one. Coffee maker difficult to use. Loved the balcony..could use a little table out there. The staff were very helpful & friendly."

"Literally within walking distance of the RMNP entrance! Cute little place only 5-10 minutes outside of Estes Park and bumping up to the national park. Had everything we needed and was a great value for the price. Didn't have AC but there were multiple powerful fans that helped cool down the place at night with the windows open. Would definitely stay again!"

"I liked that it was affordable, simple, conveniently located to both Estes Park and the RMNP entrance. It had everything we needed, I loved its proximity to the river and being able to hear the river. The refrigerator motor and the door handle to the deck need attention. I messaged this to the management company and they quickly replied that they would take care of it."

"Clean,comfortable and such an amazing location! Really enjoyed watching the Elk,Marmot,Hummingbirds, Magpies,Swallows and all the rest of critters from the porch. Amazing!!!"

"We booked one night at the last minute with our small dog. Perfect get away about 10mins from downtown Estes. Checking in went well after we found the property. Accomodations were great. Wood fireplace with an order of wood included. Place was very quaint and relaxing. Mountain views from property. Bruce was on site employee and was terrific! He gave us great info on restaurants and checked to make sure we had no issues or questions. We would return in the future for a longer stay."
