"Clean room but some power outlets didn’t work "

"There’s a reason this place is inexpensive. It’s under major Renovations……everywhere. Expect to see dumpsters, piles of trash, fragments of glass in the yard & dirty carpet in the halls. I paid extra to be poolside - what pool? Never refund fed the extra money either. However, once you step into the rooms, they are updated with modern amenities, nice and clean. Beware - they do not care to comprehend the difference between a pet, an emotional support animal and a disability service dog. They charge $75 dollars regardless, require proof of registered service dog via email & several other Florida statue disability violations. Spend $10 more and go 10 miles further to Vacation Villa’s on Celebration lane. "

"The hotel property, is conveniently located next to the interstate, the cleanliness of the hotel was subpar, the floors in the elevator were cracked and outdated, the floors overall looked dirty on the first floor, the room was outdated as well and so was the pool. My room was made up after the second day, and I noticed a lot of black curly hairs on the comforter, it was quite disgusting and the TV remote didn’t work efficiently."

"My stay at Baymont by Wyndham Lakeland was extremely disappointing and did not match the photos advertised online. The room was in very poor condition. The furniture was visibly damaged and worn, and the mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. The bathroom was unacceptable—there was sticky residue with hair in the shower, and the sink counter was heavily worn and needs to be replaced. Cleanliness overall was clearly not a priority. I also encountered a roach in the room, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel stay. There was a noticeable odor upon entering the room, including which made the environment uncomfortable from the start. Housekeeping and basic accommodations were also lacking. There were only two towels provided for two guests for a four-day stay, and when I requested more, I was told I had to bring in dirty towels to receive clean ones. The front desk response was dismissive, stating, “you may not like the things we do here, but it’s how we do things,” which reflects poor customer service. Additionally, the sheets were not changed at all during the stay, which does not align with expected hospitality standards. Given that this property operates under the Wyndham name, Wyndham corporate may need to review the policies, standards, and overall condition of this location, as it does not reflect the level of quality typically associated with their brand. Overall, this property is not being maintained properly and is misleading."

"Was probably once a great time place. Owner was nice. Night time neighborhood is a bit noisy guess it's just how people act now no respect for property."
