"All the rooms were very clean and it was obvious they vacuumed/wiped things down. Pool & Spa were a nice addition (50 to heat to spa). Great communication and very flexible."

"The location of this house is great if you are going to the parks. Easy access to the interstate and alternate route incase of traffic make navigating the area easy. The pool and hot tub are as advertised if you pay for the heating of it. The host was prompt with replies and communication to address any areas of concern.I will definitely look for this home on return trips to the area for future stays"

"Home was clean and very well kept. Traffic around this part of the state can be aggravating. Close enough to Disney and within a 2 hr. Drive from the beaches on the east coast and about an hr and a half from the gulf beaches. Hosts had great communication."

"Had a little issues with the pool/hot tub. We were fine with the pool not being heated but wasn’t expecting to pay extra to have the hot tub heated. The first day the pool was cloudy and had an odd smell, but the pool guy came without us having to say anything and got it cleared up after coming 3 times. But only issue was he came early in the mornings and we were woke up multiple times by him, as the master room was right next to the pool. And another morning we were woken up for an appliance delivery. Was just a little annoying being on vacation and wanting to sleep in. Over all good stay thou. "
