"We will definitely choose to stay here again for a longer visit. Every staff member was personable and helpful. The valets are incredible and helped us navigate self-parking very kindly. Loved that we could walk right out to the Riverwalk. Our room was on of the nicest we have ever stayed in. "

"The room was very clean. I loved are view and large windows. The room stayed cold at night which was important to us. Pictures online are a little deceiving. Room is outdated. Bathroom outdated. Not sure what all of the rattling was above restroom. Kind of seemed related to maybe showers going or flushing. Staff was excellent. Valet excellent. "

"Nice room, spacious bathroom. Everyone was friendly. We opted to stay an extra day which was readily accomodated. I rented a scooter for my elderly mother which our concierge helped with. The restaurant was great as was the breakfast cafe."

"Don't go there if your handicapped. All the handicap showers are upstairs but the handicap toilets are downstairs. No microwave in rooms. Adjoining did hit mirrors. Wheelchair door was a joke, ran over my foot. Breakfast buffet was way overpriced. Bartender didn't have proper ingredients for their specialty drink, salt on rim instead of toasted coconut and wouldn't give me another drink. Starbucks out of 3 regular items for 4 days we were there. No hot water, accept on 2 occasions. Housekeeper left a note stating that we were too messy. Didn't even get a chance to use the pool. The gym was good except no disinfectant wipes, only dry towels."

"Miscommunication with the staff about early check in. Reported entrance light out when entering room, they were already aware just fail to mention. Had issues with refrigerator in the beginning. Overall staff was helpful. Breakfast was okay. "

"No restaurant They don’t do housekeeping every day, just once a week, unless you request it. If you request it, make sure that you are a specific that you want full housekeeping otherwise they will only make what they call “ light housekeeping” which is only taking the trash and changing towels."
