"The hotel staff were all super nice. Most can speak English which definitely comes in handy trying to organise tours. The breakfast and menu is good but needs a bit more variety like pizzas etc. Very clean and safe. The only issue is you always need a transfer if you wanted to go to other places. If the hotel invest in a shuttle, it will be a game changer for them. Thank you, i had a lovely stay."

They even had our towels on the bed. There was not room for 2 suitcases. Only one person could be walking around at a time. Very disappointing. And parking was a huge issue. "I stayed here for my first night on arriving into Palermo before setting off around Sicily. It was around 25 minutes from Palermo airport, and a nice location to stay after a late arrival. Great help to check in from my hosts even though I had been delayed on arrival through the airline, and also car hire collection was slow.
