"We cannot rate the Alkamuri Posh Hotel and Spa in Alcamo highly enough. We initially booked into the hotel so we could be close to our friend who had a medical emergency while vacationing with us from the U.K. Our friend was discharged from a hospital even though she basically couldn’t walk and had no other choice but to join us in our hotel room. "A sufficiently adequate kitchen. Although missed a dishwasher. Water pressure upstairs ruled the shower out. Pool and garden were amazing. Lots of sunshine made it even better. Eating alfresco was the best.Centre of town is close by. You definitely need a car. Taxi/Uber is expensive. Good location giving access to the north coast to do many trips."
