"We booked the hotel via Expedia for two nights for July 24, 2026. Easy checking in/out. Our room was on top floor with canal view. The balcony has a stunning view of the Grand Canal. Room was cozy but clean. The breakfast room is just by the canal, which is highly recommended. Hotel is 5 min walking to the train station. Front desk was really helpful, and prepare boxed breakfast for our early departure."

"Location, Location, location, literally less than 100 feet from San Marco Square. It's on a canal with its own private entrance to gondola services. Breakfast included, eggs, bacon, cold cuts, pancakes, fresh fruit, cereals, toast with several jams to choose from, coffee machine with several choices including espresso. Anything you need you ask the front desk and they will assist you, anything from water taxis to restaurant recommendations to shopping. Great bar with an awesome bartender. Room was spacious and the bathroom had a tub with was my daughter favorite thing. Again couldn't be happier. Highly recommend, Stayed July 31 thru August 3, 2026"
