also access to a small terrace with pool views. On this floor there is
a double bedroom and a family bathroom with shower room. There is also
a utility room. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms (two twin and
a double) and two family bathrooms with baths.
Villa Alicia has air-conditioning in all the bedrooms. It has a timer
from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 21:00 to 06:00

Living Room
The living room has a ornamental fireplace, dining area, comfortable
sofas, Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool
terrace.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, granite work top, washing
machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There
is also a barbecue outside.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
