"The room we had was incredible, amazing views, privacy, we were blown away. The only thing we didn’t like is that there was no fridge. So we couldn’t keep our water bottles cold. We also tried to take showers around 11:30pm and no water came out, it just had no water pressure. So we tried in the morning and it worked. Breakfast was great. "

Julio was our concierge and go to person he was attentive and always updated us with activities and helped us with any questions or concerns. The best experience would recommend anyone who wants to have good time,food,and drinks to book a trip to secrets tulum."

"I had a lovely time at this hotel. The staff & customer service were exceptional - thanks especially to Johnny & Ivy & the cleaning staff. I started in a jungle room and found it quiet, dark, and cool. I later switched to a rooftop room which was super sunny and hot. Both rooms were great, it just depends what you're looking for. My preference was the rooftop."

"A friend of mine and I each got a room here. The rooms were so cool and the beach access is world class. The service is a little short of 2-3 star given that my shower water was not hot, but I sort of didn’t care until the last day when I just wanted a hot shower. The beach is gorgeous, the people working there are super sweet. There was a very nice woman who helped us get a super last min cab out of town and she was super helpful at the desk when our booked shuttle no showed. We took the bus instead which was great and only $20 to Cancun!! We knew about the bus because we may have taken it down but booked a private shuttle instead. The hotel is right next to several beach clubs and inside the park is great you can get the shuttles to the ruins which were so cool. The park offers a lot but you do have to pay to be there daily and strict guards treat it like you are doing something wrong to be there. It’s not very hospitable to have all your stuff searched to find nothing. And they are not nice or welcome you. Quite the opposite. That said-People at the resort were efficient and they work hard. I loved the little pool and the towels. The cabanas on the beach. Super amazing. Gorgeous. I liked a lot of the little beach resorts at the park tho. It’s a very beautiful and special beach area. "

"The hotel was very unique. Check-in experience was good... the drive to the hotel was a bit nerve wracking but, that is probably any resort in Tulum. Food while we were there at the resort was good, not amazing, but a solid breakfast. Service could probably be improved on, but they were busy and I could have learned the language. Room was clean, unique and shower was amazing. The acoustics in the room on Saturday night could not keep up with the music from the surrounding areas. Beach was well kept... everyone was fighting the seaweed the weekend we were there. Staff were very pleasant. We asked for additional waters, and they were very prompt with the delivery of those. I appreciated not having a TV in our room. My wife really enjoyed the spa. Plunge pool was a bit too cold for enjoying... but would have been perfect for late spring or summer. We will be back again but will stay for longer... and enjoy some of the classes that they had available. "

"The property is gorgeous. The food is good. The staff is friendly. The rooms are comfortable and me and my fiancé found the entire trip to be magical. We stayed in a beachfront king and had amazing views through the trees. This is my second trip to Tulum and I would definitely stay here, again."
