"This was my first Moon palace visit. I started with Sunrise then upgraded to Grand. They offer good packages for membership. U can also decline and receive vouchers for cheaper prices in future bookings. The sunrise had very big nice pools and lots of activities. There is a kids pool in the corner. Food service is available all around. There is some walking though from buildings to loby. They have excellent golf cart service at Grand between water park n lobby. Other golf carts are also available almost every 5 to 10 mins. The rooms are excellent. The grand room is very nice n all quartz with nicer expensive equipment. Booking dinner reservations at restaurants was a bit difficult. Almost every time i was on a waiting list. Food was excellent. So many choices. So many activites to do with kids. Water park n playroom is a hit with kids. We loved the hotel."

"I have stayed at numerous all-inclusive resorts in Cancun. Real Palace cuckoo con is one of the best. Everything was outstanding, including food, staff, and the property itself."

"Loved the one bedroom option. We didn't use the kitchen but nice to have. Our beach front balcony was incredible. Dated but very clean and well kept. Decor in the room was nice and modern. Staff were quite friendly, especially Moises. He remembered my fav drinks. Beach and pool side service was nice. Food at the buffet was delicious and it was nice to have different lunch/ dinner options. Breakfast was the same everyday but we didn't mind because everything was good. My daughter especially loved the crepes. Shuttle to sister resort was an excellent option. Their buffet was very authentic Mexican and right on the water. Great spot. Water park was great for the kids and the sports bar was nice too. Sushi was not very good and it's too bad there wasn't a lobby bar or espresso bar. Kids got kicked out of the sports bar at 8 so not much to do after that with the kids. Reservations for restaurant seemed very limited and we weren't able to watch the show as it filled up too fast. "
