"When we had to walk to the hotel we were bit worried because we been on 12 hour day trip before arrived. Once we reached the hotel we were so happy. Our luggage’s were already there. Receptionist was very friendly. Stayed in another hotel before come here and staff was very rude. I thought generally people working in hotels are rude😃 But I was wrong Swiss people are soo nice and helpful. So many people helped us to find things Breakfast was good. There were two gentlemen worked in the morning they were so friendly and helpful. Stunning view from the bedroom and tower. I’m so glad I booked this hotel. Overall everything was perfect. I will definitely return."

"Comfortable and spacious for 3 people! We slept well which is #1 priority for us. It was mostly clean. It is well decorated. The location would be fine if you’re driving a car. But since we used train and bus system it took about 10-15 minutes of walking to get to grocery or restaurants and there aren’t really shops nearby. The host responded quickly to an issue I had but either misunderstood me when I wanted help with it right away or just didn’t do it. We had some trouble finding the key because it wasn’t in the right place but luckily another guest told us to open every mailbox until we found it and then we did. But these are small issues and I was pleased with the comfort."

"Our family enjoyed our stay. We really appreciated the prompt communication with management. We also loved that a Coop (small market) was right across the street and also the cafe next door to us. It was also super easy to take transportation which was also across the street. My mother enjoyed walking along the lake in the mornings. I enjoyed making my coffee as the property had a nespresso machine. My husband enjoyed that there was a smart Tv so we could catch the new season of stranger things. And laundry in the basement. This spot was perfect for our family and I will be recommending it to friends and family."
