The living room features a large dining table, a TV, and direct access to the large terrace—the perfect spot for morning coffee with a fresh sea breeze. The sleeper sofa comfortably accommodates two additional guests.

The double bedroom is air-conditioned, with a large mirrored closet, space for luggage, and access to the large terrace. The second bedroom, with two single beds, does not have air conditioning and opens onto a small balcony overlooking the hills and the well-maintained communal garden.

The kitchen is brand new: induction cooktop, microwave, large refrigerator, capsule coffee maker, and everything you need to cook at home.
