"Front desk was rude and our elevator was down for the entire stay. We did enjoy the pool however ordering food and drinks were a little difficult, also did not offer room service and only offered pick up service which again was difficult because of the elevator situation"

"If you are going to Universal this is a great spot to be. We booked this hotel due to it being so close we could walk. But when checking in, they let us know there was a shuttle to take you to and from the parks. They also have car rental here. If i would have known I would've gotten it here instead ..."
