"After an awful experience with another hotel we changed to our hotel to Barfin hotel. What a big difference, the staff are extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The hotel is very clean and conveniently located in the heart of Istanbul Ortaköy. A few steps ahead is all th ferry boats that take you to different parts of the city, we rarely used a taxi. If your going to Istanbul I highly recommend going to Berfin hotel. "

"We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The service was too class. The breakfast was amazing with freshly cooked food. The manager in particular, Kubra was very attentive and ensured we were all happy. Zeynel was also very kind and served us non stop as was Nesra too. We couldn’t recommend the hotel enough. Rooms were clean and modern and a short walk to beautiful Ortakoy. Kubra asked us every morning if we were happy and needed anything. An amazing hotel which we recommend and excellent location....

"I have been coming to Istanbul regularly and honestly couldn’t believe I hadn’t stayed here before. It is everything you would want in a 5 star hotel — Service was top notch from everyone in the hotel staff (front desk, concierge, house keeping etc..), rooms were big, spacious and clean.
