"Clean room. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Bed very comfortable and roomy. Tea and coffee facilities provided with biscuits. Radiator on for the bathroom which made it very nice after showering. "

"Fabulous cottage and just what we needed. Having 2 dogs the enclosed garden was great and we could sit and admire the views whilst they sniffed around. The living area was very well equipped and cosy. Fabulously quiet - we hardly heard the cows. The large bedrooms and modern en-suites were lovely. Parking was no problem. We didn't use the hot tub. It feels like you are in the middle of nowhere but only 20 minutes into Harrogate and you have all the facilities. Definitely on the list for a return visit."

"Excellent property, everything you need is there and a warm welcome from the hosts. Christine has thought of everything. From an easy check in to kitchen essentials. With a lovely raised deck to sit with a cuppa and admire the farm animals and views. Plenty of birdsong morning and eve. Thoroughly recommend."

"A very nice property with a great hot tub. Not the cleanest place we have ever stayed (clumps of hair in bedrooms and beer bottle caps on floor in the lounge) but met our needs as a base camp to sleep whilst visiting family. Biggest problem is that most of the bedrooms have windows with no curtains or blinds so you wake up when the sun comes up. "

"This was a Wonderful place to stay. Just 6 miles from Harrogate and the conference centre. The bedroom with shower and toilet TV and WiFi fine. Downstairs a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and lounge area so I could have cooked anything I had brought. Really good value. "
