"One of the loveliest hotels I've ever stayed in! The view from our room was both spacious and breathtaking, the staff fantastic!! From the shuttle service to the concierge; everybody was so helpful! The breakfast was exceptional and restaurant decor perfection! The outdoor infinity tub, pool and sauna with a view were thoughtfully placed. The BEAUSiTE blew our expectations out of the water. We can't wait to return someday!! "

"Everything about this hotel is excellent! The staff were very helpful from check-in to check out. Clean room, modern amenities, spacious, accommodating, helpful staff! Free pick up and drop off from Zermatt’s train terminal, free luggage storage service after we checked out and had to go skiing, they even let us use their spa shower after skiing.
