"Staff was very courteous. Only issue was when it rained heavily water leaked from the ceiling to floor windows. Other than that no other issues. The breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of tropical fruit. Would certainly recommend the Hotel."

"The room was a bit tight but it served its purpose. The staff was sweet and accommodating. The hotel location is great near all restaurants and bars in walled city. The bed & pillows were very comfortable. The shower had low water pressure and limited hot water, but since its hot and humid region its ok. The a/c worked great."

"Staff is very warm and welcoming. Love that there is a security guard 24/7 so you feel safe.Rooms clean and stocked with anything I needed. Would definitely book this place again "

"Mostly only Spanish spoken. My broken Spanish and couple of staffs English got us through. Little things like safe not working, they couldn't fix but nice rooms, grand ceilings, expensive for tourist area. "

"The room was very clean and staff were all very friendly and helpful. One person who stood out to me was Stacy she was just wonderful, she went above and beyond to make my birthday special. She surprised me with me cake and sang Happy Birthday with the rest of the staff, while me and my partner were having breakfast (super cute) she was just overall a joy to talk to and made my stay feel super at home. Osh Hotel I’ll be back !! "

"The hotel is elegant. The staff is incredibly bounce, accommodating and very helpful. The included breakfast is off the full menu and is quite good. It’s expensive, but we found it worth it. "
