Really, really nice staff - makes all the difference when the staff appear to like where they're working. I felt that the staff took a pride in their job and this in turn was passed on to us,the guests. If I get an opportunity to come to Manchester again, this will be my first choice.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful.
I didn’t use the restaurant facilities.
I arrived by train and found the hotel very difficult to locate…. No signs anywhere visible.
