"Tv did have cable,, it worked however it didn’t display any programs . The staff I fear with is the onnnly saving grace for this hotel/motel/lodging spot. The kid was great ! We had driven from far to see a very ill family member .. anyways just wanted to watch tv and go to bed but the cable didn’t work. The staff member . He knows who he is was very nice compassionate it understanding and offered us a different room. We declined bc it was so late when we actually got in. But that’s that! Instead of bashing this place on many many things I won’t because they employ a staff member that was just very good at “customer service"

"I loved the King size bed and full kitchen. This is a large room best western hotel. It was quiet and there is complimentary breakfast and a 24/7 gym. The gentlemen at the front desk was very helpful and welcoming. "

"Bathroom toilet was not cleaned nor flushed. Someone had used it, not flushed. My 5 year old daughter went in as soon as we walked in the room and told us about it. I was offered to change rooms which meant I would have had to drive another mile back to the main lobby to get new card. I decided to clean the toilet and flush it myself. VERY bad, yet a simple thing that should not occur."

"Room was clean and entire hotel as well. We brought our small kids to use the pool for a day and the pool was clean and empty. Gym was nice and clean as well."
