"Clean, quiet and a late check out was available! Will stay again."

"10 out of 10 stars! We had a great stay at Sleep Inn & Suites Tyler South. The front desk staff was very polite and helpful both in the evening when we checked in and again the next morning when we needed a new iron. The hotel was very clean, the staff was wonderful, and everything felt well cared for. We slept very well, the pillows were nice, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Overall, an excellent experience and we would definitely stay here again."

"The property felt like such a sweet retreat! There’s no service, so it was such a great opportunity to disconnect! There definitely are other cabins around but it didn’t feel like it. The walking trails were serene and it was such a great getaway. Will definitely return!"

"The egg appeared fresh, the rest of the menu consist of things that are not a part of my usual diet. They did have apples, but I had my own, so I did not ty theirs. Adequate parking close to the building, seemed safe."

"The location was good. The staff seemed friendly but not engaged. They didn’t really seem like that they cared. The toilet seat in our bathroom was so loose it almost fell off. There was a great deal of mold in the shower. The hot tub was not working and the pool was out of service for several hours during the day time due to cleaning and didn’t reopen until 5pm. Prime dinner time. Clean the pool at a better time."

"I had a reservation for 5 nights and checked in online however when I showed at the hotel they were over booked and gave my room away. So I was stranded in the middle of the night in a town I wasn’t familiar with and the front desk clerk did not offer to help or do anything other then suggest to cancel my reservation. They did manage to honor the rest of my stay but not having a room for a night definitely soured the entire experience "

"It was okay enough. Rooms did the job and they were decent. We had a rough time checking in... The front desk lady kept saying we hadn't paid, even though we had the receipt and proof of transaction on our cards. Finally, she just let us go on but we couldn't have access to any wifi and such. It was annoying, but we were on there to sleep, so I just let it be."

"The hotel itself was fine and as expected. However, it was understaffed with one person at check in. She was nice, but couldn't handle the demand - the technology was not working, so I stood in line twice for over 20 minutes each time to be helped. My room was not ready at check in time and was asked to come back later or wait in the lobby, but did not feel comfortable staying in the common areas, because of what what really caused me to give a low review of my stay which was the sheer number of construction workers that had finished their shift for the day and were all over the property (at the end of the work day and through the evening). They were lounging in cars in the parking lot, sitting in the outdoor patio area listening to music and hanging around in the lobby. I do believe they were staying there, as they were all in the lobbing for breakfast the next morning, but as a female traveling alone, I did not feel safe. "
