Apartments Florence - Costa San Giorgio with view

In the heart of historic Florence, in the city's oldest district, there is a steep little street paved with pietra serena called Costa San Giorgio. It climbs from the Ponte Vecchio up to Porta San Giorgio, right next to Forte Belvedere. This ancient access road to the city is lined with small houses—simple constructions, yet full of charm and history. It feels almost like a magical landscape, with buildings clinging to the hillside: mostly small homes, but also notable buildings and renowned villas. Villa Bardini and its enchanting garden are just a few houses further up.

Located on the first floor with no elevator, the apartment can sleep up to 2 guests.

Standard check-in time: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Check-in by 7:00 PM is included in the price of the stay and does not incur any additional charges.

**We generally allow check in anytime after 11:00 AM, though we cannot guarantee the apartment will be cleaned until 3:00PM

Outside of the standard hours, it is mandatory to provide us with your flight/ train number or any other arrival details. There is an additional cost for late check-in: 7:00PM -9:00PM 20 EURO | 9:00PM -11:00PM 40 EURO| 11:00PM - 01:59 AM (next day) 70 EUR| After 02:00AM on request

When you make a booking, you confirm the agreement to rent directly from the owner, who is an individual. Shortly after, you will receive the contract. Additionally, we will send you confirmation of the services our company will provide to make your stay as smooth as possible.
