This charming apartment is located on the second floor of a small building, it has a small open space that allows you to share great moments of conviviality during lunch and dinner time. The open space overlooks the central market, where you can also admire Giotto\'s bell tower. The ideal apartment for those who want to experience Florence as real Florentines, from one of the most typical districts of the city, perfect for students, it is near the Academy of Fine Arts, the University of Florence (UniFi), and FDA.

Great location. You can walk to all of the major sites. Overall a nice place but it could use a few upgrades. The sofa is a pull out bed and not really comfortable for sitting and sleeping. The biggest issue was the shower. The water goes from super cold to scalding hot and then back to freezing after 3 minutes. Taking a shower was not a pleasant experience. It's a nice place to stay if you are looking for a place to just sleep and rest. I dont mean for this to sound bad but just know what the place is best for and dont expect a luxurious apartment.
