  • In the heart of the coolest area in the world (source Lonely Planet 2017) Oltrarno. In a splendid 17th century building, ground floor with lift, just finished renovating with luxury materials. It consists of entrance with living room with sofa and smart TV, fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, sink, kettle, toaster and all the accessories for a meal), dining table. The first bedroom is a suite with double bed, dressing room and private bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet and shower, a second bedroom with double bed, another complete bathroom. Washing machine and dryer, AC, heating and latest generation wifi make this apartment particularly pleasant. Although the life of the area is noisy at times, this apartment has windows in a small street and in an internal courtyard avoiding annoying noises. In the area you can find any service, the area market in Piazza Santo Spirito is very characteristic. All the main monuments are just a few minutes away on foot.

Great location with plenty of restaurants and pasticcherias close by. Within walking distance of most areas of interest. Apartment was clean with limited paper supplies as I guess one would expect in an apartment. Very friendly hosts.

Beautiful Apartment, awesome location

First time visiting Florence and we couldn't have picked a better place. Great neighborhood easily walkable to key sites around town. The place was beyond expectations, very nicely decorated and the hosts were awesome to work with on check in. Would stay here again.

This property was perfect for staying in Florence. A short walk to all attractions, and plenty of local flavor nearby. The property was well appointed & very nice. Property manager attentive, and great. We hope to stay here again.

Great location and walkable

We stayed for 5 nights and we were very comfortable. David was very responsive throughout our time. The beds are comfortable and the apartment was very clean. The location is great and it is very easy to walk across the river for sightseeing and shopping. We would stay here again!

Great apartment in a great location

We enjoyed staying in David‘s apartment with our two grandsons, aged eight and 12. Plenty of room for all of us, all modern amenities worked well. Great location, not yet taken over completely by tourists, but an easy walk across the Ponte Vecchio to the main attractions.

Wonderful apartment in an amazing city!

This was our first time visiting Florence as a family - the apartment was exactly as advertised. The property management team were responsive and polite, check-in and check-out was super easy. The apartment is really well located, a short walk to excellent restaurants and for sightseeing. We had such a fun time!

Charming apartment

We had a wonderful stay in this charming, spacious apartment that was not too close to major attractions but in close walking distance to all the touristy spots, grocery stores, cafes and wonderful restaurants. Art Apartment is beautiful, clean and just as advertised

We loved staying in this apartment in the Spirito neighborhood. Convent to sights and restaurants. Traffic is tough but drivers had no problems picking us up. Very quiet. Grocery store just downstairs.

Great apartmenr

My sister and I spent five nights in this wonderful apartment. Beautifully updated, clean, and well located. Would definitely stay again. Note that the WiFi does not work well in the back bedroom. It was good in the living room/kitchen and front bedroom.

Firenze in November

Location of apartment couldn't be better -- in the city but on a relatively quiet street in a nice neighborhood. Host responded quickly to all of our questions. The apartment was a great option for us since we were with our adult daughter and wanted two bathrooms. Comfortable, clean and spacious with a lot of closet space. Very happy with our stay.

Oltrano Apartment

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. It is true lovely with big windows and lots of light. It was newly updated, clean and spacious. My teen loved having his own bedroom and bath and the Wifi saved the day for him. We loved the neighborhood with a bakery, fruit store, grocery store, bars and restaurants. Easy to get to everything. Wonderful stay. Our host David answered our questions quickly and was very helpful. We will be back.

Great location in Florence

Really a great spot for our 30 day visit. Close to everything but in a quieter area with great local spots and charm. A couple shortcomings in listing. The washer/dryer is just a washer. There is no barbecue, as listing says. There is also a city tax the listing does not mention but collected on check out. This is really a great area to stay and we recommend it.
