Campidoglio E - Four Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 8

Apartment located inside the beautiful 16th-century Ricci Altoviti palace. Cozy and recently renovated, the apartment has wireless connection and can accommodate up to eight people.
The flat has four double bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, one of which has a washing machine, a large living area with sofa and an open kitchen equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances.
We have other apartments of smaller square footage available on the same floor, allowing more families or large groups to have a pleasant experience together!
Service limitation: The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required.    . City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights
