Campidoglio T - One Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 2

Apartment located inside the beautiful 16th-century Ricci Altoviti palace. The apartment, recently renovated and furnished with casual taste, can accommodate up to two people and is equipped with wifi connection. It consists of small open space with sofa, open kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils, a cozy double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a small laundry closet.  If you are a large group of friends or families, we have two other apartments of different sizes available on the same floor.

Service limitation: The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required.  
As per italian law n°214/2011 (art. 40.1) the italian police require us to report our guests' identification details . The info that guests are required to provide include a valid ID and resident address .
