Hotel has a friendly and vibrant feel. Modern and very clean with a helpful 24 hour reception. Walk into the centre was fine for us but would be challenging for those who have difficulty with their mobility. Good choice.

This is a good property if you’re staying the night, they have your bed and clean showers. Very nice, but it’s located in a very interesting neighbourhood. If you don’t have a car, you’ll need to walk at least 30 minutes to the property or catch a bus which is roughly 7 minutes away to and from the property.

2 years old, so it’s new & clean & the staff are all really nice people & super helpful m, there’s a kitchen to heat food a gym - it’s great & a ten minute taxi from the centre of Florence donuts quiet at night - highly recommended

I recently stayed at Camplus Firenze and had a wonderful experience! The breakfast buffet was great, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. The restaurant staff were incredibly attentive, and the food was amazing. The hotel is conveniently located just a 20-minute walk from Firenze rail station, making it easy to explore the city. The only downside was that the room was a bit small, with limited space for both moving around and for luggage. However, the bathroom was surprisingly spacious. Overall, I highly recommend Camplus Firenze and would definitely stay here again.

Property was decent. The rooms have everything you need and for the most part clean. We are very meticulous with cleaning so we noticed all the dust on the towel/heater warmer in the bathroom. We just cleaned it especially knowing that they had the towels hanged on it. There was also a musky smell but i wouldn’t say it was a deal breaker. The breakfast and dinner was very good. I am also a picky eater so i had a garden salad with grilled chicken. We were on the 4th floor close to the elevator and the people coming off late night were very noisy with their loud voices and slamming of doors. They volunteered to change our room but didn’t and the rest of our stay was fine.

It was a great stay! Clean room and friendly staffs. Although, the route we took from the train station was rough, dirty and ghetto. We learned to use different routes which were much easier and clean. Only thing is the laundry facility doesn’t have detergent available for sale and the market in the area closes early.
