  • Large house on two levels located on the 1st floor of a historic building overlooking the prestigious Via Maggio in Florence. The apartment we offer for rent is very large (about 200 square meters) and articulated. The heart of the house is the large living room from which you can access the other rooms of the property. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, dishwasher and microwave. There are 3 bedrooms: the first with a double bed, the second with two single beds that can be joined and the third (in the mezzanine) with a double bed. The apartment also has a walk-in closet and two bathrooms with a bathtub or shower. The apartment has Wi-Fi internet, a washing machine and air conditioning. Furnished in a functional and elegant way, preserving some valuable elements such as the magnificent ceiling that can be admired in the living room, this mezzanine apartment will welcome you in the best possible way. When we arrived, there was no pot to make coffee, but they did deliver one. If you need extra towels, be prepared to pay a premium. We requested a second set of keys and they were not delivered. We had to get them at the office which was impossible to find because the number was removed from the address on the street when we did get there to get the keys the two women there were extremely rude and nasty. They certainly do not belong in customer service all in all I probably would never stay at the property again, although the location was great.
