The space is laid out as follows:

- BEDROOM with a double bed, armchair, and closet;

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, and toilet with bidet.

Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the information to the “Alloggiati Web” police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests staying in Italy.

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Esummer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which the system may be operated and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Florence Climate Zone D: 11 hours per day from November 8 to April 7.



Check-in will be via online self-check-in; completing registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions on how to retrieve your keys and gain access to the apartment.

Keys can be picked up free of charge via the on-site keybox.

In case of problems, telephone assistance is available until 11:00 PM.



For check-ins between 9:00 PM and 1:30 AM, if you’d like to receive the keys from a member of our staff at the apartment, this is possible upon request for an additional fee of:

Theapartment is located in the Beccaria area, a lively area with plenty of amenities such as bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. The area enjoys a strategic location, halfway between the Artemio Franchi Stadium and the Nelson Mandela Forum (ideal for football fans and concertgoers) and the city centre, which is easily accessible by public transport or on foot. Once you arrive in the city centre, you can easily visit all the city’s main attractions on foot.

- From Florence’s Amerigo Vespucci Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the T2 tram to the “Unità” stop, from where you can take bus 6 to the “Villa Arrivabene” stop, a 5-minute walk from the property.



- From Santa Maria Novella Station, take the T2 tram to the “Unità” stop, where you can transfer to bus 14 to the “Arnolfo Orcagna” stop, a 4-minute walk from the property.



- If you’re travelling by car, you can park (for a fee) at the Alberti car park (Piazza Leon Battista Alberti, 46), open 24 hours a day, Monday through Sunday, a 7-minute walk from the property.
