The apartment has an excellent location. It is just two steps from all the main tourist attractions, such as the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi Gallery and the central train station. The area is safe and live. There are several restautants, shops, museums, wine bars nearby.

As in many historic buildings in Florence, there is no elevator in this building.
