"The staff is amazing (like the nicest people you look forward to seeing on your way in and out), the location is ideal with it being so close to the Trevi and a short walk to the Spanish Steps, as well as the Pantheon. There was a fantastic grocery story right there that looks small, but is actually huge and public transportation is very close to take you anywhere you want to go that is further away. Only one thing, I wish the AC worked a bit better. We were there during a heat wave, but I was grateful they had AC. I would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone."

"The hotel was beautiful. It was clean. The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was unbelievable so great the great they had a great bar. Hotel was wonderful the bathroom it was just beautiful. You stayed there last year and we stayed there again this year and if I ever go back to Florence again, this is where I would want to stay and that’s it thank you bye bye-bye"

"I booked two Classic Double Rooms and requested connecting rooms, but unfortunately I didn’t receive any response from the hotel for over two weeks before our arrival. Fortunately, the hotel generously provided us with a complimentary room upgrade to better accommodate my child, which we truly appreciated. My only concern was the air conditioner and the air quality in our room, as the airflow seems an odor. Overall, we were grateful for the excellent service from Christian and the reception team."
