The proplerty is passable. Closer to the important sights. The main thing lacking was the missing microwave oven. And 2nd floor by a narrow staircase. Extremly difficult to take luggage up and down .

Top Lage und super Aufenthalt! Uns hat es insgesamt sehr gut gefallen! Die Lage ist einfach fantastisch – Sehenswürdigkeiten, Geschäfte, leckere Restaurants und sogar Nachtclubs sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Für ältere Menschen ist es am Wochenende vielleicht etwas lebhaft, aber uns hat die Energie der Jugend überhaupt nicht gestört, es war echt cool. Ein kleiner Tipp für andere Gäste: Da wir kein Italienisch und nur wenig Englisch sprechen, war es morgens etwas schwierig, ein Taxi zu bestellen – aber das ist nur eine Kleinigkeit. Im Zimmer war im Großen und Ganzen alles okay und ordentlich: Föhn, Bügeleisen und das Nötigste waren vorhanden (eine kleine Bügelmöglichkeit gab es, wenn auch nicht ganz optimal). Die Küche haben wir nicht genutzt. Ein paar Wünsche an die Gastgeber für die Zukunft: 1. Beim Duschen läuft leider etwas Wasser aus der Kabine auf den Boden. Es wäre super, ein paar zusätzliche Handtücher (besonders für die Füße) bereitzustellen, da es mit dem Mop schwer war, alles trocken zu wischen. 2. Die Decken waren für uns leider das größte Manko. Ein Laken mit einer dünnen Tagesdecke war uns zu kalt und ungemütlich. Da wir zu viert als Freunde (keine Paare) gereist sind, wären 4 einzelne, warme Bettdecken oder zusätzliche Decken im Schrank fantastisch für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Ansonsten war wirklich alles klasse, auch die Erreichbarkeit ist top! Vielen Dank!

とても清潔で、広くて快適でした！ 洗濯機、食器、食洗機、エアコンが完備されており長期旅行に最適です◎ ただ階段しかないので、そこは要注意⚠️ 階段を少し頑張ればとても良い部屋なので、フィレンツェに来た際はまたお願いしたいです！

Bom apartamento e otima localização

Ficamos 4 dias em Florenza e gostamos muito da cidade e do local que ficamos. Quando eu aluguei, ja sabia que não teria elevador e que a escada é estreita para subir com as malas (li nos comentários de outras pessoas), então essa é uma questão relativamente negativa que não posso questionar. O apartamento em si é bem completo, tem um espaco bem amplo e é bem equipado. A localização é ótima (perto do cento e com pontos de onibus muito próximos para deslocamentos com mais longos ou com malas). A comunicação com o pessoal que loca não foi das melhores, mas acabou dando tudo certo. Resumindo, gostamos bastante da nossa experiência nessa estadia.
