Prestigious apartment for rent in Florence in the central Via dell'Oriuolo a stone's throw from the Duomo and all the main monuments of Florence. The house is located on the first floor of a magnificent historic building with a lift. Furnished with great taste, with a nice mix of ancient and modern elements, the apartment consists of large common areas, living room, dining room and kitchen, two double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with tub and one with shower). Great location

It’s in view of the Duomo as you’re on the street in front of the building, and at the same time it’s quiet and peaceful. The restaurant across the street is very good. The apartment is spare, but spacious.

Overall our stay was quite good. The hosts allowed us to drop off our bags before check-in, allowing us to begin our visit eurned after to Florence. However, when we returned a couple of hours after check-in time, our room had still not been cleaned. This was extremely frustrating, but the hosts acted quickly, and the 2 Percys did a quick, thorough job getting things right. The only other blemish was one bedroom did not have a working t.v. That being said, the apartment is beyond spacious, the kitchen is adequately equipped and the location is ideal for visiting the city.

Great location with easy walking distance to the popular sites. Clean large bedrooms with updated bathrooms with modern furnishings. Large patio but no furnishings and new kitchen appliances but no cooking oil or salt/pepper, papper towel and could not figure out what type of coffee pods to use in coffee machine.

Location location location

The apartment was all you could ask for with kitchen, dining room and laundry facilities. Large bedrooms with modern bathrooms. 8 minutes to St Croce, 9 minutes to Mercado centrale and 3 minutes to the Duomo. Numerous coffee shops were minutes away. I’d definitely stay here again.

Great location and very quiet. All the appliances worked and there was more than enough room for the two of us. We also enjoyed the balcony that faced. The only issue was with the front door lock not working one day. This was resolved in a timely fashion.

Fantastic flat with a Duomo view

We absolutely loved our stay at this flat. The rooms were large and accommodating, and the bathrooms were updated. Everything was clean and the location was also amazing. The only improvement could be to have a few amenities on hand. For instance, having just a few spices or a roll of paper towel or kitchen towel would’ve made a huge difference. However, I don’t want that to lower my rating of this awesome place. Highly recommend..

The location is fantastic and apartment was exactly as advertised. Shivam checked us in and was helpful when we couldn't get the wifi password to work,( suggest having a printed copy of the network and password instead of having to read it off the back of the router). It was clean, safe and comfortable but I was unable to get the shower to work in the hall bathroom and just used the one with the primary bedroom. Also suggest providing a notebook with nearby restaurants. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Florence.

Perfect location for a beautiful apartment

The apartment is even better than the pictures with tons of space, renovated bathrooms, quiet building, huge patio, and lots of closet space and storage. We loved staying here and it couldn’t have been a better apartment. Only issue was check in. Unfortunately one of their employees seems to keep losing phones and we ended up waiting over 40 minutes with several phone calls asking for them to send someone else. The guy who did come was great and showed us everything. Elevator came in handy with bags, but it’s only one floor up anyways.

Spacious, quiet apartment

This is a spacious apartment very centrally located. Overall, we had a good stay and the host was very responsive when issues did come up. A couple of notes to be aware of: Pros: Large space with high ceilings; good response time; air conditioning works well; has a clothes washer; has an iron and ironing board; has an elevator; has good wifi; nice size refrigerator, balconies overlook a cute garden. Cons: This is common in places we stayed in Italy, but the electric can't handle the oven or washer at the same time as A/C; you have to be very careful not to turn the door key to the left because it locks the door from both sides. We didn't get that communication clearly enough and got locked out and in of the apartment for about an hour while the host tried to get the door open. Overall, it was a great place but be prepared for those couple of things.

Clean beautiful apartment in a great location. However, experienced several issues. Apartment lost power three times requiring a trip each time to reset breaker as instructed by the host. Yes, toilet seats are loose and one was broken. In addition one of the toilets malfunctioned (unable to flush) requiring a repair. Lighting in one bathroom did not work. Terrace could be lovely with a little clean up (pull dead plants and store mop, bucket etc in another location). Also, would be nice is the host were to provided basic supplies (paper towels, dishwasher soap etc and more than one bath towel per guest for a 5 day stay (apartment has no dryer). With a little attention to detail and resolution of items previously identified this apartment would deserve a 5 star review.

Great apartment

The apartment was beautiful and is in a perfect location Close to sites and good food The young man that meet us at the apartment was friendly But there were a few issues The main suite toilet seat was broken the light over the mirrors didn’t always work The second bedroom lock keep falling out locking people in the room Towel hooks were falling off the walls and most importantly there was no light in the hall by the front door the bulb was missing and it was completely dark in the hall There is a step to get into the apartment and it was dangerous we had to use our phones to find our way without falling The patio area was a mess All of plants were dead and it was not a welcoming place to sit We spoke to the representative about issues and asked him to please get a light in the hall He said he would talk to the building maintenance but nothing was done When I told him about the toilet being broken he wanted me to set up an appointment with the plumber I have never written a negative review and I tried numerous times to bring these issues to the owner just to address them personally Hoping that he would just address them with me and they would be fixed I sent him pictures of all the issues but he didn’t want to address them He was very easy to communicate with before I had issues I hope he can fix these small things so that everyone can enjoy his beautiful home
