Wonderful apartment. Fantastic size for a group of eight though could easily fit 10. The check in process was easy with host being very responsive. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable and room spacious. Great air conditioning. Great location overall a fantastic place to stay for our family to stay.

Family vacation

The apartment was clean and well appointed. I was a good proximity to the train station and all the history sites. Deanna the property manager, was at the apartment to greet us. We would definitely stay there again!

Loved our week in this beautiful flat in Florence. We fit seven people comfortably. Its within 30 minutes walking from pretty much anything you would want to see.

Very clean & spacious property. There were 7 adults in our party and it was very comfortable for all of us. Deanna was very helpful and provided assistance to us which was above and beyond what she needed to do. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was the perfect size for our family group of six. Location was out of the historic area, but walkable to all major attractions in the older part of Florence. Bakery, groceries and pharmacy all in the immediate area.

Highly recommend!

The apartment was spacious, well-equipped, comfortable, lovely. We visited with our daughters and sons-in-law. Lots of room for all. It’s a bit of a hike to Duomo etc, but in a nice neighborhood. Although it’s on a busy street, the apartment was quiet. We would stay here again.

AMAZING 👏

We absolutely loved this apartment. It is so spacious and beautifully decorated. One evening was rainly and we had plenty of room to sit around and talk, or play cards at the table. The elevator was a welcome bonus as two of us were having knee problems. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels.

Favourite stay!

The photos do not do this stunning apartment justice. Loved our 3 night stay here and would definitely book here again. The unit is spectacular. Location is pretty great too. It has everything we wanted - spacious, clean, good amenities. The blackout curtains were super useful. The only thing I would suggest is more TVs in some of the rooms.

City break

An excellent apartment to suit large groups. Didn't have a hot tub which was advertised, it was a communication mix up as it was meant to be a bath tub. Relatively good location, 10- 15 mins from local train station, 30-45 mins walk to main tourist attractions. Could do with extra tables in the seating area, and an over the bath shower. Disposing of the waste wasn’t as easy as it could have been due to the locked bins and having to return the key.

Lovely apartment

Fabulous, spacious apartment. Our party of 4 parents & 3 late teens/ early 20s children all loved it. Well located for walking into central Florence. Cafes in Piazza Sant’Ambrogia are a few minutes walk away & good for early morning coffee and end-of-day cocktails. If you are celebrating, or just want to treat yourselves, an evening at The Four Seasons hotel is highly recommended.

Large, spacious apartment - more than enough room for 5 adults. Located 20 -30 minute walk from city center. Busy (traffic) area, but apartment was quiet. Wi-Fi only available in lounge/dining area. Was a great base for our three days in Florence.

Fabulous apartment

When we arrived we were in awe of how beautiful the apartment was. The location is an easy walk to the center and the apartment had every amenity you could need. This flat is stunning and the pictures don't do it justice. We were a group of 7 who had lots of privacy as well as communal space. Deanna was readily available and helped us with any questions. It is about a 20 minute walk from the centre which was perfect. Thanks for your awesomeness Deanna!

Wonderful, massive apartment short walk to everything

I stayed in the apartment with my extended family and there was so much room! We were very impressed with the modern apartment and its facilities plus Francesa as the host. The location was on a main road a bit of a walk to get everywhere but was still very quiet and dark once the shutters were down. We didn't mind the walk at all but a little challenging with a pram. Would certainly recommend the apartment to family and friend groups and we would definitely stay again.

Family has great fun, even w/o pops

Unfortunately I came down w/ Covid a week before my family’s stay in Florence. They (all 9 of them) went and enjoyed every minute. Despite considerable issues communicating using the VRBO app, our hosts were very attentive & accommodating.

Awesome experience - great host

First time we've been to Italy and we were not sure what to expect. Two families of four stayed here and we were all very impressed with the apartment. It is big enough for two families and very modern and clean. Dea (host) was very responsive and took care of one minor internet issue before she even left while checking us in. We are in a different VRBO in Rome now and would take the one in Florence any day over this one. Close enough to walk to just about any major attraction (including the main train station) and it's outside of the "touristy" area so you can get authentic Italian cuisine nearby. Would 10/10 rent from them again.
