This is a great place to stay if you have an early morning flight out of Florence. The tram running directly to the airport is steps away from the apartment. The apartment is so close to great restaurants and tourist attractions. It's important to note that it is on the 3rd floor, so many stairs. It's a small, simple apartment, but comfortable for 4 people.

The apartment is a true two bedroom the second bedroom is bunk beds but ok the location was perfect the tram and bus service is right out the door down stairs the apartment is on the third floor with no elevator

This apartment is in a perfect location for exploring Florence. Perfect size for a family. We used the left luggage facility at nearby Bounce, as it wasn't possible to store our bags in the apartment.

Florence Never Disappoints

We stayed for 4 days in Florence, Elizabetta's apt hit all the highlights for our family. Location is fantastic, tram arrives out front, The Acedemia restaurant just below is a wonderful friendly local restaurant to meet all your needs after a long day of sightseeing. Florence never disappoints and our family would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Elizabetta was great, she does not speak a lot of English so just give her time and she will provide all the information you need. We were in a great location to explore the city, close to places to eat and everything was walkable. Getting the train right in front was super helpful. As advertised, communication was great.

Great location but no elevator

Great location right next to the David, including many restaurants, cafes and bars. The apartment is on the third floor and no elevator. The apartment had adequate space but needed some TLC. Our host was a delight to deal with.

Fabulous experience. The apartment was exactly as described, in the middle of the center with the train in front, which made it easy to travel. The only thing is that there is no elevator so you will have to haul the luggage to the 4th floor.

Fun in Florence

A nice 2 bed, 2 bath apartment with room for our family of four. The location was great! Close to the train station, museums, shops and food. The only drawback was multiple flights of steps. The building does not include an elevator. We enjoyed the walk ability to lots of sites!

Nice apartment and location. Tram and buses right in front. Some misunderstandings with host due to language but eventually resolved. Description did not say three flights of stairs to climb - we have personal mobility issues so this was a bit of a problem. Otherwise very nice.

A very nice place for me and my family to explore Florence. It’s close to the stuff that a tourist wants to see (about 5 minutes from the museum that has the real David). I give it an 8/10 but with some minor TLC (ie: change some lightbulbs, fix the noisy AC and a fresh coat of paint) this place would be a 10.

My family of five had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Walking distance to all the sights in central Florence and next to the art gallery museum. Great places to eat all around and a Carrefour Express grocery store right around the corner. Great communication with Elisabetta which ensured easy access to the apartment and was responsive with anything we needed. We definitely would stay again at this great location. I highly recommend this apartment.

All the essential needs were met in this apartment. Comfortable place to stay. Pull out couch was more than adequate for one of my kids to sleep. Twin sized bunk beds were great. Kitchen allowed for basic meal prep.

Short stay. Great location! Lovely apartment.

2 night stay. Traveling with husband and teen. Communication with host worked well through VRBO app. Host met us outside apartment as planned and gave us a quick tour of the apartment. Elisabetta was very pleasant to deal/communicate with. The light in one bathroom was not working and we had issues with toilet in the other bathroom where flushing mechanism was sticking. This was communicated to Elisabetta, who was appreciative of notification. These were not issues that required immediate attention during our stay. Location was great!! Right next to the Accademia, short walk to Duomo, easy walk to Uffizi. Thank you Elisabetta!

The place is exactly as shown in the photos. The bunk bed is doable for adults, and the location is convenient—about a 15 minute walk from the train station, with great places to eat right below. It’s also about 20 minutes from the river. The owner communicates well. The space could use a bit of TLC, and if you plan to cook, note that some basic essentials (oil, coffee, paper towels) are not provided.

Elisabetta was a great host. She met us right when we got there. She also gave us a discount card to use at the restaurant below. I loved this place! It was my favorite place so far! My husband and I had our two teens with us and it was so nice that we had our own bed/bath and they had theirs! The place is big! It has a balcony with a great view and is in an excellent location. It has a lot of stairs to get to it but the balcony view makes it worth it. I highly recommend this place.

Great Stay in Florence

Fantastic apartment! It had everything as advertised—two comfortable bedrooms, two clean bathrooms, and even a washing machine that worked perfectly. The location was ideal. The tram stopped right in front of the building, and we were just around the corner from Michelangelo’s David at the Accademia Gallery. There were tons of great restaurants just steps away, which made dining out easy. We would absolutely stay here again!
