Ghibellina 102 - Three Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 6

Central location, a few steps from the Bargello Museum. Thanks to its strategic position this space offers easy access to all major tourist attractions.         The apartment is located inside an elegant historical Florentine building, in a bright and spacious location, overlooking the inner courtyard and the city skyline. The apartment has three large double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, a fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. A spacious living area with dining table and relax area completes the apartment. The high and frescoed ceilings give a unique and suggestive atmosphere. It can accomodate up to 8 guests.

Service limitation: The permitted temperature values in our flat are 19° C (+ 2° C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. According to the Decree No. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the City of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of keys, a fee of 50 Euro will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security reasons.
For urgent work caused by the guest outside office hours (10 p.m. to 8 a.m.) a payment of EUR 100 will be charged.. City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

Ghibellina 102, Florence Italy

Although the apartment was spacious, it was not the most cozy and comfortable place. Beds are not real bed set up. Sofas are dirty and the kids got bug bites all over from sitting on the red sofas and those in the room. Mosquitoes mosquitoes!!! Would not stay again, sorry! However, the location is the BEST if you want to be near Florence center. The Duomo and Santa Maria Novelle station close by.
