Elegant apartament, central location, a few steps from the Bargello Museum. Thanks to its strategic position this space offers easy access to all major tourist attractions.
The apartment is located in a beautiful building on the first floor. There is also a comfortable terrace where you can enjoy eating during the sunny days.
The apartament is furnished in a simple and refined way, has a beautiful living area with air conditioning and equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms both with private bathroom.

Service limitation: The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required
