Super cute apartment. Great location with a very good restaurant steps from the front door. Close to tram and not a far walk to city center. Hosts were very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
The place was very clean and was just like the add. Comfortable place to stay in a nice quiet neighborhood. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go.
The location was nice to experience real-life Florence area. It’s about a 15 minute walk to more historic and tourist areas but not a problem and fun to explore. Loft was clean and cute but chilly even with heat. Could have more blankets available for bedding but they were responsive when asked.
A little off the beaten path. Be prepared to walk. Major sites are about 25 to 35 minutes on foot. Lots to see along the way, though. Very good food, nearby. Try Pantarei. Lovely spot
This apartment is attractive and spacious, well equipped with everything needed for a two week stay. The check in and out process was very easy and flexible. It is about a 20 minute walk to get to downtown, which makes the neighborhood a quiet one. The train does pass right by, but I did not find it to be too loud. Overall it was a very pleasant stay here!

Great stay in Florence
The apt was charming and very clean. Transportation to downtown was easy - or a 25 min enjoyable walk. The apt. had all we needed; however, the kitchen was not fully stocked for cooking (which was fine with us as we ate out every night). Check-in was a little difficult as I was first contacted by an agent who was not responsive regarding check-in. I contacted the VRBO owner who put me in touch with the concierge who arrived within 10 min of our arrival and was very helpful.
We only stayed one night at the property but loved it. The layout is great and the unit is well-appointed. The location worked well for us between Santa Maria Novella Station and Amerigo Vespucci airport. When we arrived on Saturday night, the neighbors were having a party, but it died down quickly and the noise stopped. She shower is strong and warm and shampoo/conditioner/soap/hair dryer were provided. The only downside to our stay was the main bed's mattress--it's very hard. An added foam mattress topper would solve the problem. :)
Florence is lovely and this is a good base to see it from
This is obviously a recently refurbished apartment on the ground floor in a converted building. The pictures make it look larger than it is and the fact it's right next to a railway isn't mentioned in the description. However it's a nice little apartment and the noise isn't too intrusive.Disappointingly there was no supply of tea or coffee so no way of making drinks despite the modern kitchen with apparatus to cook etc. I would have expected that as a minimum.Getting there was easy from the airport in Pisa via train and taxi but buses are available (we used on to get back to the station on departure) and cheap. We walked a lot which we enjoy to explore cities and the distances aren't bad to explore Florence.EnjoyBe aware that there is a tourist tax payable on arrival (about 5 Euros per night per person).
Perfect little apartment just outside of city center
This was a pleasant surprise. Very attentive staff. Easy to check in. The property is charming, located on the ground floor with a nice courtyard patio. Its a loft, the upstairs had two twin beds where our adult kids stayed. The mattress is not so great but it did just fine. The bathroom has ample space and the washing machine was heavenly. There is street parking which may be a little challenge but spots do open. A few cafes open during day But options are limited. Close to the train or a quick cab ride to town. You can walk but in the summer the heat is brutal so depends on the individual. All in all a nice experience and I would recommend as long as you are open to be right outside the city. The only downfall, tv had no reception but thats ok.
We really enjoyed our stay. We were able to catch up on laundry while we sat on the beautiful private patio. Restaurants and cafes a steps away from the home. When we were leaving on Saturday a beautiful market was being set up in the square near the Metro.I would recommend this property to people with children because the loft space was a nice separation for a family. Thank you for our stays
Apartment was down, very odd mix of glasses/crockery and we ended up drinking water out of wine glasses but lovely little place.
The highlight was being just around the corner from the botanical gardens, the little bar there was delightful, live music and good drinks!
Overall, our stay was good. We enjoyed the place. Felt secure in the building.
Check-in was a bit of a scramble for the host's associates. The biggest negative was the presence of mosquitos in the patio area. We could not be out for any length of time before getting bitten. A bug zapper was definitely needed.

Overall It Was Good
In general all was well. Initial issue in that the promised 3rd bed wasn't there. Initial rep wanted us to go through hoops to justify it but second contact arranged for its installation on the first day (so both bad and good). Other issue is wifi virtually useless. But the rest was OK. Location is so so - walkable downtown but few facilities in the immediate vicinity. I know some have complained about lack of coffee but realistically with varying durations and # of guests, this wouldn't be practical.
Cute place and my daughter loved the loft. They provided the incorrect moka pot to make coffee. After the first morning, we realized it wasn't working with their induction stovetop and advised them. They said they would bring a new one the next morning, but they never showed, so I never got my coffee. Other than that, it was a great place. The train is right there, but we could barely hear it go by. They were great at communicating, but not following through on their word. You have to park in a parking garage because the street that runs in front of the place is lined with cars 24/7.
. Wir waren enttäuscht
