The internal space is organized as follows:

- BEDROOM I with double bed, bedside tables, split A/C and walk-in closet;

- BEDROOM II with two single beds, wardrobe, chair with desk, treadmill and split A/C;

- FULL BATHROOM I with slightly raised shower cubicle, sink, bidet and WC;

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:

Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy
if i were to choose to stay there again i wouldn’t.For me with our family just never felt comfortable. The property and the apartment are not well maintained and it shows. i would say the location is a 15 minute walk to the train station and a 30 minute walk to the center of Florence.
