The room is new and clean. They have a fridge in the communal kitchen. You need to ask the hotel staff for a separate passcode to enter the kitchen. Initially they said they would send us the kitchen code but didn’t, so we had to WhatsApp them at night.

Very nice little hotel in a fantastic location. 7 minutes walk to the Duomo. The room size is ok. Water presuure for the shower is good and the bed is comfortable.. this is not a luxury hotel, if you are after a clean, good room to stay while exploring Florence, this hotel is a good option.

Excellent location, steps from airport tram and short walk to the Duomo. They held our luggage while we enjoyed Florence after check out. We arrived just before midnight and were able to enter the building with the provided code without any issue. And they have a lift! Grateful for that!!

I felt safe with their code system to come and go. The location couldn't have been better. Everything I wanted to see was in walking distance. The room was very clean. The staff was nice and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay there.

Property was very nice and inan excellent location. Very easy to find an easy entry. The rooms were very clean and well looked after and looked like they had had a Reno. we would definitely stay there again. Our only comment would be the initial entry is very Sketchy looking and not very clean. Once you get up to the floors of the hotel, it is fine.
