La Cicogna - Sweet Dreams in Florence

La Cicogna is an elegant apartment just outside the historic center of Florence on the top floor with lift in one of the historic buildings of the famous architect Poggi. The recently renovated apartment consists of a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, a living room with two futon-style single beds, a small kitchen and a second complete bathroom. The property is equipped with air conditioning and wi-fi connection, there is also a washing machine and everything needed for cooking. We are waiting for you for your holiday in Florence!

Great but…

This toom was great but the only BIG problem was that there was no water pressure and hardly any hot water. i had to wash my hair in the sink and we took cold showers. the water trickles out and hardly any hot water.

Not worth the price

Good location, but nothing else was good. Very poor water pressure, because of being on the top floor, just a trickle in the shower. Water temperature was very inconsistent, freezing cold and hot within seconds. Sometimes had to run water 20 minutes for hot water. Tiny refrigerator.

Mi spiace ma la nostra esperienza non è stata positiva. Dopo un viaggio di 8 ore con bagagli al seguito e 38 all' ombra, fare 4 piani di scale (i gradoni di una volta, pari a 6 di un appartamento di oggi) perché l' ascensore è guasto non è il massimo ,non lo sarebbe per una coppia giovane, figuriamoci noi. Pensavo che nei successivi giorni lo avrebbero aggiustato ma essendo periodo di ferie, così non è stato. Ok siamo sfortunati, non potevate prevederlo, però avrei gradito un maggiore presenza da parte vostra e una disponibilità a cercare una soluzione, che non c'è stata. Offrite un 15% di sconto ai vostri clienti per una eventuale futura vacanza...ecco noi l' avremmo apprezzato se c'è lo riconoscevate subito, visto il disagio che abbiamo avuto. Comunque anche un buono per uno spritz, pizza e qualunque cosa ci avesse fatto sentire considerati, l' avremmo apprezzato.Detto questo per il resto (ho dovuto acquistare una multipresa per usufruire degli elettrodomestici microonde, macchinetta caffè etc, non vi sono prese vicine) l' appartamento è a pochi metri dalla fermata autobus, dove collega il centro e non solo e inoltre l' appartamento è dotato di tutti i confort. Peccato per la prima parte!
