    Main Bathroom: Immediately upon entering, on the right, you’ll find a tastefully decorated bathroom with a modern shower.

    Kitchen: At the end of the hallway, on the right, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook, as well as a dining table with stools for your meals.

    Living Room: On the left side of the hallway, the living room features a comfortable sofa bed and a state-of-the-art TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

    Bedrooms: Beyond the living room are two tastefully furnished double bedrooms, ideal for a restful night’s sleep.

    Second Bathroom: Located next to the bedrooms, a second elegant and well-appointed bathroom offers additional comfort.

    Outdoor Spaces

    The penthouse’s true highlight is the magnificent terrace that surrounds the entire home.
    Enjoy a spectacular view of the Duomo and the hills of Fiesole from our spacious terrace. It’s perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine or dining al fresco while watching the sunset.
    Accessible from both the kitchen and the bedrooms, it features:

    Hot Tub: An exclusive luxury that allows you to relax with an unparalleled view of Florence.

    The hot tub is available only from May through September, weather permitting.
    However, you may request to use it during the winter, spring, or fall seasons as well, subject to availability and for an additional fee.
    In all cases, use of the heated hot tub incurs an additional charge of €250, regardless of the season.
