We had a very nice stay. Great comfort and perfect location. Close to the inner city but in a more quiet location. Only downside was the smell in the bath room, but that is quite common in Italy and did not influence our good experience

Great location in Florence

A short walk to everything in Florence! Apartment was very comfortable and seemed almost brand new. The beds were comfortable as well. Check in was difficult because the manager had the wrong key. We had to wait about 30 minutes for him to return to his office and get another key. Other than that, our stay was fantastic. This is a great apartment for 2-4 people in a great location.

Nice Place, Good Location

This was our second stop in a whirlwind tour of Italy. The apt is in a great location. We liked being across the river away from the heavy tourist traffic. The neighborhood was cool and the manager was very helpful. The apt is as advertised. Beds are comfortable and bathroom was nice.The only reason we are not rating this five stars is there was a sewer smell in the bathroom. Not sure there is anything they can do about that. We left the door closed and small window open to help with ventilation. It was a small nuisances. The only other issue was the hand wand was the only thing that worked in the shower. The above head shower head could not be engaged. But the hand wand was great and we all agreed we liked it. The shower was small (typical) so the hand wand worked well.This is a great place.
