Luxury Suite in Florence-Hosted by Sweetstay

This gorgeous 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, third floor apartment (with elevator) in the centre of Florence has everything you'll need to stay comfortably and safely. The entrance of the building with Renaissance statues will leave you breathless. Please note that from the elevator to the apartment door, you will need to go through 6 steps down and 6 steps up.
The entire apartment has been fully renovated in 2022 and decorated with attention to details and refined taste for design furniture and comforts. The earthy color palette of the apartment creates a warm, pleasant atmosphere.

The space is clean and practical and accommodates up to 6 people, but I recommend either 4 adults and 2 children, or 5 adults, to fully enjoy the space.
It's located on the third floor of a historic building with elevator and comprises:
- a lovely and bright living room ( with 1 double sofa bed
) which opens onto a fully equipped kitchen creating a lovely open space.
- a spacious master bedroom with good storage space and Queen size bed
- a second bedroom with a sofa bed that opens in a real double size bed. This bedroom has a sliding wall that can be opened to create a lovely open space. One wall has original affrescos.
- 2 bathrooms with shower (one en-suite)
The unit comes with air conditioning throughout the whole space, flat screen television, a Fiber Option WiFi connection.

A fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, ecc. plus the addition of a washing/ dryer machine.
The apartment has all the comforts that a house can offer, quiet and stylish it's ideal for a comfortable stop during the visit of the beautiful Florence.
Absolutely great for a family or a group of friends.

As we don't have a front desk please let us know a precise arrival time at least 24h before check in date.
Any late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival.
Early and Late Check-In has an extra cost:
From 12 noon to 3pm: €10 ( €15 on weekends)
From 7pm to 8pm: €25
From 8pm to 10pm: €35
From 10pm to MIDNIGHT: €45
No check-in after MIDNIGHT, except for agreement made previously.

Avoid Sweet Stay properties.

Sweet Stay is the company or organization that manages this property. They require way to much pre check in requirements and time from you and then they can’t hold up to there end. After we booked the VRBO you are sent all this required secondary actions through Sweet Stay. Lots of check ins separate payment process outside of VRBO and multiple takes to complete before you even get to the property. In our case they where an hour late to our agreed meeting time only to find the property not cleaned from the previous guests. Then it took two more hours to get in. Place is nice but the master bed is awful. The pull outs where more comfortable.

We stayed for 3 nights in June 2023. The apartment is very nice. Modern, CLEAN! Very comfortable bed and beddings. Good AC, quiet, good location. Walking distance to the train station and everything else Florence has to offer but not in the middle of the craziness. High end hotels and restaurants a couple of blocks away. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again

This Airbnb is my favourite so far and we have stayed in many. Andrea was the perfect host. He met us upon arrival and departure to help us with our luggage. He even booked a taxi for us at the end of our stay. The apartment is very stylish and very clean. It has a well-stocked kitchen, too. Andrea has thought of everything. Coffee, teas, breakfast snacks, yogurt, and even a bottle of wine to welcome us. The air conditioning was fantastic after long, hot days touring Florence and the washer was another added bonus. The apartment is within walking distance to all the major sites as well as restaurants, cafes, pubs. Do not hesitate to book this apartment. It is amazing!! I wish we could’ve stayed longer.
