Delightful apartment with a unique style with terracotta floors and exposed beams, as well as carefully chosen furnishing details. The entrance is in the bright and relaxing, welcoming living area, which leads to a bedroom with a sleigh bed that can accommodate up to two people, from the hall there is also access to a full bathroom with shower. Following the corridor there are the other two large bedrooms, one triple and one double, another bathroom with shower (without bidet) and the built-in kitchen which perfectly combines the Tuscan poor art style with cheerful colored majolica. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests. Each room is equipped with a work station or study and air conditioning. The apartment has a washing machine. The apartment is located on the second floor, without a lift, it is very quiet despite its location in the heart of the Sant'Amborgio district. The location is strategic for visiting Florence: a 4-minute walk from Piazza Santa Croce, the Sant'Ambrogio market and the Murate complex, a 5-minute walk from the promenade along the Lungarno della Zecca Vecchia. The neighborhood is full of typical restaurants, bars and bistros, excellent pastry shops and supermarkets.Pets are not allowed .
