I want to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service at this lodging. We had been calling for a week in advance and, despite multiple attempts to communicate, we never received a response. On the day of our arrival, we were outside the building for hours with nowhere to go. It was truly frustrating and distressing. People from a nearby business told us that this situation was common and informed us that the keys were usually left in some boxes. We checked those boxes three times without any success. Finally, late at night and with no other options, we had to pay an exorbitant fee to sleep for a few hours elsewhere. To top it off, the next day we received an email informing us of the cancellation of our reservation, with no explanation of what happened. We still haven't received a refund. I strongly recommend everyone to avoid this place at all costs. The lack of attention and unacceptable treatment we received are inadmissible.
