Matteotti Bilo - One Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 2

Intimate two-room apartment located in an elegant area on the ground floor, a few steps from the center. Easily reachable by car. Equipped with all comforts, it consists of: kitchenette equipped with modern appliances and all necessary utensils, living area with sofa and television, double bedroom on the mezzanine, two bathrooms with shower, washing machine and dryer available to guests.

Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit to meet their first needs (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.).
The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone. 
Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a supplement will be applied.

Service limitation:
Air conditioning in Italy is regulated by national laws that set a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C.
The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required. 

As per italian law n°214/2011 (art. 40.1) the italian police require us to report our guests' identification details. The info that guests are required to provide include a valid ID and resident address.
To ensure maximum comfort for all guests, we recommend using the shower one person at a time. The apartment is equipped with a water heater, so simultaneous use of hot water may temporarily reduce the water temperature. . Had a great stay. Communication with property manager was great. Location is great, outside of super busy tourist area, but only 20-25 minute walk to popular attractions. Only minor issue was kitchen missing a few basic items (drying cloth, oven mitt, plastic spatula, etc.) Other than that, we had a great time.
